Patsy joined HDR UK as Deputy Chair of the Board of Non-Executive Directors and Trustees in October 2023.
Following a senior government career in national security and defence, Patsy is now a non executive director at Nominet, the UK domain registry, a trustee at the Royal British Legion and National Memorial Arboretum, and an adviser to several organisations.
Her extensive leadership experience includes data and analytics, science and innovation, and digital transformation. She has also helped many organisations in building an open and inclusive culture, with a focus on clear goals, trusted partnerships, and strong delivery.
